About the Author

Leonora Mbithi

Leonora Mbithi is a health systems strategist with 14+ years of experience strengthening healthcare delivery across sub-Saharan Africa. She's worked across multiple countries, contributing to health policy research and Universal Health Coverage implementation.

She holds an MPH from the University of South Wales and is currently pursuing her PhD in Global Health and Health Systems.

When her contract ended unexpectedly, she found herself navigating the very transition she writes about in Forced Reset. This book emerged from that experience—applying the same strategic frameworks she'd used in global health to her own career reinvention.

She lives in Nairobi, Kenya, where she balances motherhood, consulting work, and her passion for supporting professionals through their own career transitions.
